MEASURED SURVEY

In the absence of detailed accurate electronic drawings, a detailed vertical and Horizontal Measured and Photographic Survey of your property will need to be conducted to enable us to capture accurate dimensions and produce existing drawings to maximise the Space Plan designs

The Measured Survey may also include a Topographical Survey and consultation with utility providers.

Local Planning Authority and Building Regulation Agents require these drawings to show interior layout, external elevations and existing service provisions.
