Our Quantity Surveyor will build a cost against your confirmed designs to include all that is required to complete your build whilst allowing you to set a realistic budget. Once a draft QS has been produced and if necessary, we can revisit the designs to value engineer and arrive at a figure that better suits your budget. If value engineering is required, we try our utmost not to compromise our original designs.

Please note, this is not a compliance but a service we recommend to all our end users to protect you against hidden costs throughout the life of the project.

This document supports competitive tender where the Principal Contractor/s would be invited to quote by populating a blank QS Cost Profile, placing a figure next to each line item.

This QS document is not only used for competitive tender, it is recognized by banks and lending institutions as a supporting document to your business plan when looking to raise project capital.
